Past or assumed performance is not indicative of future results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims all responsibility and liability for any action you take, or refrain from taking, in reliance on anything on the Site.

The Site is provided free of charge. If, notwithstanding the above, liability is found to exist and cannot be excluded, then to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law the operator's total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred (100) US dollars or the smallest amount permitted by applicable law, whichever is greater.

You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or interfere with the Site or the infrastructure that serves it; or
